Here is a simple tag pattern I have made for father’s day. This is not about crochet, but thought it share with you, because it can be made in few minutes. I used PicMonkey to make this little tag. You can make your own, following these steps.
If you not familiar with PicMonkey, let me allow to tell you a little about.
PicMonkey is free online image editor. No need to register. It’s easy to use and have lots of options for editing photos. Most bloggers are using PicMonkey for edit and create eye catching images for their blog post as I do. See my Crochet patterns page. I often use PicMonkey. If you want, you can go premium service. No need to waste my words, feel it your self.
Step 1: Go PicMonkey.com. Put the mouse point to design icon. Choose 4x6 rectangular canvas.
Step 2: Click on the "Overlays" button, scroll down the pallet and select first icon in "Labels".
Step 3: Change the sizes by dragging one of the corner points. And change the color you desire. I added light blue.
Step 4: Now Scroll up the main pallet and click on "Geometric". Select circle.
Step 5: put the circle in the center as you seen below. Change the color to light green.
Step 6: Click on the text button. Scroll down and choose the first font appears in "Cool Characters". Click on the "Add text" and type "Happy Father's Day" Click align center and change the font size to 139 in small pallet. Place the text box as you seen. You want to keep a little space in the above. Change the color to dark blue as well.
Step 7: Select "Overlays" again. Scroll a little down, there you can see "Happ-Icons". Select first happy icon. Place it as you seen. Resize and rotate. Change the color 1 to orange in small box.
Step 8: Now we want to add "Comic Bubbles". In "Overlays pallet. Select 9th bubble. Resize and place it on right side near to the happy icon. Change the color to white and reflect it by clicking button in the small box.
Step 9: Go to "Text" in main pallet, select "Schoolbell" font under "Mossy". Click "Add text". Yype "I Love My Dad"and change the font size 88, align center and colored with orange. Place it on the bubble.
Step 10: Again, you want to go "Overlays". Select 3rd hat in "Hats". Resize and rotate little, place the hat on the main text. I didn't change its color.
Step 11: Scroll up in "Overlays". Select 4th heart in "Doodly Hearts" I added two hearts as you seen. Resize them to a big one and small one. Dark blue for the big one, light blue for the small one and rotate both. Put them in the left corner.
Step 12: After everything is done. Click the save button in above there you can give it a name. I select format JPG, quality Pierce. If you want, you can change the dimensions.
